Great post Chandra. It seems to me that the more I live for God the more I learn that life is about concentrating on the moment at hand and ensuring that JESUS is the means by which I interpret and then respond to those moments.

Hey, this is good! Amen!
You know, I've noticed a big difference in my walk with Jesus, simply by slowing my life down...I really didn't intend to do it, but after moving to Canada and working only a little bit each week, and being a stay-at-home-wife due to immigration/work visa stuff, I've really gotten more time to focus on my life and my spiritual walk. When we're all working like crazy, trying to keep our familial and friendship relationships going, be at church, go to school and get an education...it's insane. We can keep Jesus #1, but I've realized there are times in life when it's great to slow everything down and take a "breather" if you will. Of course this can't work for our entire lives, but taking advantage of those seasons is an awesome opportunity.
